I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Reiki Master in Spruce Grove, AB.

I specialize in combining the therapeutic benefits of clinical massage therapy with the calming, restorative power of Reiki to help you beat stress from multiple angles. Whether you're holding tension in your body or your energy field (or let’s be honest, both), I create a grounded and intuitive space for healing to unfold, resulting in less tension, pain and issues with inflammation and joint stiffness.

My approach is deeply holistic—I work with spiritual seekers and sensitive souls who want to feel better physically and reconnect with themselves energetically.

Note: I will provide a receipt for your insurance company. It is the client’s responsibility to be sure that they have coverage before booking. You will be responsible for paying the full fees and remitting for reimbursement from your insurer. 5% GST is included in the cost of the massage.
