Next up: the daily fashion show in front of your closet or the clean laundry hamper (no judgment—I see you). Think about what’s on your schedule. Will you need comfy clothes, business casual, gym gear? No last-minute panic = smoother morning.

🥗 Plan your meals
Set out breakfast, prep your lunch, and defrost or plan dinner. Cut up a few veggies while you're at it—your future self will thank you. Even if you're home during the day, having lunch ready to go saves time (and willpower).

🧽 Tidy your kitchen
Run the dishwasher, clear the counters, and tackle your kitchen “hot spot” (you know the one—where clutter goes to multiply). Set a 5-minute timer and tidy just that area. It makes a huge difference.

🛁 Self-care wind-down
Whether it’s a skincare routine, a quiet bath, or just stepping away from screens—create a buffer between “doing” and “sleeping.” Your hormones and your sleep quality will thank you.

The goal isn’t to have some Pinterest-perfect routine—it’s to stop living on autopilot. When your evenings are calm and intentional, your mornings follow suit. And that ripple effect? It touches everything from your food choices to your energy levels to how you show up in your day.
